Exposure maps, shared by link Task recordings, shared by link

Each map here is a snapshot from the ExposureMap app: the places on a site where a dust monitor or noise dosimeter crossed its threshold, shown as single marks or summed up in hexagons.

Each recording here is a snapshot from the ExposureMap app: a work task filmed or photographed with its dust and noise readings alongside, or two tasks compared side by side.

A share link ends in a code of 22 letters and digits.

A map share in hex view: hexagons coloured only where marks were recorded, darker where exposure was higher Dust, P90 mg/m³0.2–2.6 50 m A task share: the recording, and under it the dust and noise readings taken while it was filmed, with a dashed line at each threshold 00:48 / 02:00 Dust, mg/m³ 1.0 Noise, dB(A) 85

What a share can hold

  • A map

Marks where a reading crossed its threshold, on a street or satellite map, or the hex view that sums them. Ground without marks stays blank: nothing is estimated.

    Opens at map.xpsr.site

  • A task recording

A video or photo of a work task with the dust (mg/m³) and noise (dB(A)) readings taken while it was recorded, played back in step with it.

    Opens at task.xpsr.site

  • A comparison

Two recordings of a task side by side, for example with and without a control in place, and the change in exposure between them.

    Opens at task.xpsr.site

What the sender controls

Only what they chose to include
Sensor serial numbers, notes and where a recording was made stay on the sender's phone unless they include them. A map shows where its marks were recorded; that is what it is for.
A snapshot, not a live feed
A share holds what was on the sender's screen when they made the link. Readings taken afterwards never join it.
Unlisted, and withdrawn at any time
No one can find a share without its link, search engines are asked to leave it out, and the sender can revoke it from the app, after which the link stops opening.
